Good conversation about combating procrastination

I have long been familiar and am a fan of Yana Frank (aka Miumau on LiveJournal - www.miumau.lj.ru ). Was at her meeting the day before yesterday, recorded the entire meeting on video. What I liked: a lot of practical advice on combating creative crisis, procrastination in personal development and asthenization. All of these approaches are applicable not only among “artists” or those whose professions are considered “creative”, but also in general among people who want to enjoy work.
