Twitter Bootstrap 3: Unofficial First Look

Judging by the pull request , the Twitter Bootstrap team is already quite close to completion.
But, to my regret, their site preview is not working now.

And since after the list of changes, I really wanted to see what they were doing there, I forked their repository, collected the documentation by hand and posted it myself.
