Why don't OpenSource "love" in Russia? (Personal opinion)

So, why is OpSour not so much loved in Russia? - there may be a lot of answers, but, having turned a little (about a year) in this sauce, I found the following answers for myself:
1) Because the mentality . Yes, yes - our "lazy" and "avosny" mentality. Indeed, in free software it is necessary to “work”, it must be “searched”, it must be “translated”, it needs to “learn”, and why? In any market, in any local area is a bunch of “clean license for 100 rubles, but which is taught in school, and“ no need to teach ”software. Okay, I would hear it from simple users, but I heard the above arguments from students - PROGRAMMERS for the 5th year. And what about the attempts to write the most prog, make and send to ApStream transfer ...
2) Because it is free. We all want money. We do not understand how this can be done for free. Are we back to communism so let's go? None Here you will pay me the n-th sum, and in a couple of months I will give you a masterpiece. I will not hide, I know a bunch of people who do something disinterestedly, for the sake of an idea. But the very concept of “portfolio” software, in which you also have to invest yourself, is alien for a Russian.
3) Because we are not afraid - all people are divided into two parts - those who met with the authorities, and those who have not met. The former will abide by the law and not “tyrit” proprietary software only by what they represent, THAT they will be for. Among such people (I understandably do not mean those who have stayed, but those who understand that punishment is FORMAT and REALLY forTake) OpSource as a LEGAL replacement is popular. The second half spits on everyone from the high bell tower, which proved the topic about Torrent and 1C.
4) Because it is not brought up . There are no comments here - the situation in schools and universities you all know.
5) Because it is not necessary for the state. Here, too, without comment. And do not about the latest events, Medvedev and tenders. It’s not necessary - I, as a person who has been working in this and for many years working and receiving salaries from the state, it’s better to know what the promises of the state are.
Therefore, we have such a situation that free software is repeated on every corner, they say that it is necessary, and then we don’t move further than words in the mass :(
