Good evening. A couple of years ago, the company that the administration was expanding and moved to a new, more extensive premises. The landlord gave us a bare area, on which the builders erected walls, electricians pulled the wiring, and, for the first time, I was in the role of an SKS installer. This post is just a photo report, maybe it will be interesting for someone to see, and people whose assembly works are bread will give some comments and scold for the curvature of work. I ask under the cat (carefully, a lot of photos).
In total, from cabinets to the magic room (server room), there was 4.5 km of wires. In total there were ~ 70 cables for the Internet, ~ 60 for telephony, ~ 50 ACS and 16 for analog video surveillance. He did the work alone, except perhaps he took an assistant for a couple of days to lay the cable in the tray and pull all the wealth to the server.
After everything lay in my "office", this orgy looked like this:

')
First of all, we are engaged in sorting the cable for its intended purpose. We start with telephony:

Next, begin to unravel the network cable:

After we proceed to the lightest video cable:

And it remains the case for small cable SKD:

General view of the collage:

A little sort out and at the very exit of the tray:

Next we need a wire tray for laying the cable into it (or on it):

With a wire tray came a small incident.
In the store, where they were purchased with assembly things, there was no fastener to the tray, or rather, the only fastener with an incomprehensible picture was in the catalog, the manager himself could not understand what this nonsense was. As a result, it turned out that the fixture for ceiling mounting, but I need something for the wall. Well, there was nothing to do, got out of the situation - went to the construction market, purchased metal strips 5mm thick, with the bat in the garage drilled holes along the edges under the bolts, bent the bands in a vice, turned into a figure in the shape of P, acquired bolts + big washers and that's what happened:

Below from the floor just fixture for the ceiling, at least for something amiss:

Then I start laying the cable. First, laying in the farthest corner - the cable under the ACS:

Then, under video surveillance:

I looked at this case, I did not like it, I decided to redo it:

Next, lay the remaining cable:

After tedious work with wire tray, proceed to the tedious work with the switching rack. In it, I started a cable for telephony and a local network and began to embroider the patch panels under the network:

After doing ATC Coy:

Having called the embroidered sockets, we undertake SKD:

Boards in the connection stage:

This is how the bespereboyniki is located on the wall:

Usually, the door concentrators and their UPSs are hung directly above the cabinet doors, but the design of the office was such that it was impossible to hang them above the doors. I decided to place all the ACS in a corner, with time it turned out to be very convenient and did not regret that I chose this approach to implementation.
We finish the connection boards and run. The diodes caught fire, everything started up successfully:

Well, at the end of the switching cabinet assembly:

And the overall picture:

In conclusion, the work was carried out for about 3 months. I did everything for the first time and from the experience there were only 2 months of work as an installer of the local district network, about 5 years ago. Somewhere something can be done incorrectly, somewhere not according to standards (if so, specify, pliz, knowledge, everything is, power), the cabling and the structure itself was taken from the head, in the hope that it would be convenient to work in the future.
