Petman from Boston Dynamics is ready to serve

Boston Dynamics has published a video that shows the humanoid robot Petman at the time he fulfilled his immediate duties - testing workwear. In this video, Petman checks the suit of chemical protection and gas mask. Sensors installed on his body register leaks inside the suit, and his “skin” simulates the heat and sweating of a person so that the test conditions are as close to real as possible. Unlike people, Petman is able to do it all day long, and the toxic substances that a suit should protect against can be used with real ones - this is the main value of a robot for the military.
