Motherboard + GSM

Idea: To combine the motherboard and GSM module.
The result is:
- PC (server) with SMS interface:
- turns on and off from the mobile;
- request states via SMS;
- setting up regular reports (for example, a PC can automatically send messages like “stopped”, “HDD overloaded”, “CPU temperature is too high”, “there is no connection to the network”, etc.).
I was looking for an analogue on the Internet - I did not find it ...
