The classic situation is that in traditional PBX, slots for subscribers have ended or there is a need to transfer one of the company's divisions to a more functional communication platform.
This task can be solved quite simply with the help of the Beronet gateway with two E1 ports.
A traditional PBX is connected to the telecom operator via the Beronet gateway. IP PBX is connected to the same gateway via a SIP trunk. The desired call routing is configured on the gateway.
At the same time, 3CX and traditional PBX will be able to share the E1 channel for calls "to the city" and a single transparent numbering plan will be maintained for calls between PBXs.
For ease of use on the 3CX side, for internal calls you can connect
3CX Trunk , since It allows you to skip internal calls from a traditional PBX to 3CX subscribers without additional settings. For external calls - a normal connection to the VoIP-operator.
