Mobile X - statuses

The idea is very small, simple but cool in my opinion. It would be nice if the mobile operators gave the opportunity to display additional X-statuses on their mobiles, as in ICQ, for example. And when someone calls you, your caller status is first told to the caller, if it is installed, and then they are asked to continue the call or not. For example, you set yourself the status I eat or take a bathroom, they call you and they are asleep (taking a bathroom, eating ... continue the call)
