Yii2 migrates from PHP to Ruby (April Fool's joke)

The Yii team, not without pleasure, reports that Yii2 is now in correspondence with Ruby. The current stable version will remain in PHP. After many months of thinking, we decided that Ruby would fit Yii2 more than PHP.

We will do our best to make the transition easy and painless. You don’t have to worry about potential migration issues.
