Internet Explorer 11 supports WebGL
Most recently, Windows 8 Blue, which is bundled with a pre-release version of Internet Explorer 11, has leaked onto the network. IE 11 will support WebGL’s generally recognized 3D graphics acceleration standard, although Microsoft has long resisted the introduction of this technology due to “security threats.”

Traces of the WebGL API in IE 11 were discovered by web developer Francois Remy. He noticed several references in the WebGL APIs at once, but he could not use them, so he considered them non-functional, but his colleague dug deeper and proved that WebGL can actually work in the current version of the browser.
