Hyundai T7 Tablet - Samsung Exynos 4 Core + Built-in GPS

We all are used to the fact that Chinese tablets use Allwinner, Rockchip, Amlogic, and occasionally Mediatek chips. And if there are tablets with a Samsung Exynos chip, then they are quite expensive.
Hyundai tried to correct this injustice, and installed the Samsung Exynos chip in its new T7 model, and also a GPS module as a bonus. And all this at a price close to $ 150.

It should be immediately noted that the automaker Hyundai is not related to the production of this tablet. Hyundai Digital is manufactured by Hyundai Digital , which is located in China.

The 7 inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels does not surprise anyone in Chinese tablets. But this screen seemed to me one of the best in quality. Uniform illumination and excellent color reproduction. Is that the maximum brightness level I would like to have a little higher.

The screen supports multitouch for 5 simultaneous touches. This is enough for typing, and for games.

Sound

Although the speaker seems to be small, but the sound from it is very loud! For use as a navigator - this is a definite plus.

Wifi

The level of signal reception is very good. At 2 meters from the router, the signal is 100% (left), through one wall the level is slightly reduced (right)

But even after 3 walls Wifi still has a stable reception.

Performance

The Hyundai T7 is already equipped with the well-known Samsung Exynos 4412 chip. 4 Cortex-A9 cores operate at frequencies up to 1.4 GHz. As the GPU uses Mali 400MP.
The amount of RAM - 1GB, constant - 8GB.

Almost 14,000 points are slightly ahead of Nexus 7. But it seems to me that the potential of the chip in the current firmware is not fully revealed, and in the update to Android 4.2.2 we will see other, higher results.

Surfing

Browsing pages on a high PPI screen is very comfortable. Loading, scrolling, zooming - all these operations are performed quickly and surfing brings only pleasure.

Watching video in FULL HD format on a small screen is a dubious task, but you can get a lot of pleasure by connecting the tablet to the TV using an HDMI cable.

GPS

With GPS it did not work out so smoothly. The cold start time is about 5-7 minutes. The level of reception of the satellite signal is average.

Working hours

The T7 has a 3300mAh battery. This is undoubtedly not enough if you plan to constantly load the processor to full heavy games.
With a constant game in Real Racing 3 for 1.5 hours, the charge level decreased from 100% to 45%

Differences from T7 is as follows:
