Resource Odnoklassniki blocked

Today, my parents once again wanted to talk with their friends through Odnoklassniki, but unfortunately could not go on it.

The following message was displayed in the browser:

Possible reasons:
The resource is recognized by the court as extremist. Federal list of extremist materials - www.minjust.ru/nko/fedspisok .
The resource has been entered into the UAIS “SINGLE REGISTER of domain names, website page indexes on the Internet and network addresses that allow identification of websites on the Internet that contain information the distribution of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation”.

In the Federal list of extremist materials I found these items:

1392 The text of comments posted on the Internet on the resource “www.odnoklassniki.ru” on behalf of (“under the nickname”) “ABDUL-JABAR CAUCASUS” to the information material - “I call upon all true Muslims of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic to destroy witches, Jehovah's witnesses and drug lords ”(decision of the Nalchik City Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic dated June 26, 2012);
1457 Statuses posted by the UMAR KBK user on the information and telecommunication Internet network on the website www.odnoklassniki.ru (decision of the Nalchik City Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic dated July 12, 2012);
1716 Video “Russia for Russians and in Russian”, posted on the web page at the email address: www.odnoklassniki.ru/group/50921688334548 (decision of the Circassian City Court of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic of 05.12.2012);
