A sensational press release has just come from Tele2 press secretaries: the company sells the Russian branch of VTB Group . It should be noted that Tele2, despite the declared cheapness, has a number of serious problems with a set of services - the company does not have 3G frequencies, which does not allow it, for example, to sell unlimited Internet access.

Most likely, all 23 million subscribers of Tele2 will eventually be resold at Rostelecom (the possibility of combining Tele2 and Rostelecom has already been discussed ), which has all the necessary frequencies. And in Russia there will be the fourth federal operator.

And in Moscow, finally, there will be a serious alternative to Beeline, MTS and Megafon.
