How I was looking for the right developers - middle-aged starter start-up impressions
After nearly 20 years of work at Mars and Danone, Eugene Golub left his career as a top manager and started his own project: creating a mobile application - a recommendation exchange service. What made Eugene take the path of entrepreneurship? How does the former director of logistics and supply find a common language with ambitious young programmers? What does a corporate manager learn from yesterday's students and what could he teach? What does a customer without IT experience and knowledge expect from developers and how can developers successfully cooperate with such clients?

These and other questions will be the subject of our conversation in this part of the program.
