1. The Subject of the Agreement
The client assigns and the Contractor undertakes to create and launch the Information System.
2. Cost of services and payment procedure
The cost of services is determined by the number of employees employed by the Contractor and the duration of their work (including development and work related to testing and acceptance).
The price of the working week of one employee of the Contractor is ________ rubles.
Payment is made after the adoption of development stages. Final payments under the contract are made after the delivery of the Information System.
3. The procedure for delivery and acceptance of work
Works are performed in stages according to the accepted specification. After each stage, the specification may be adjusted to the wishes of the parties. The duration of the iteration is 2 weeks.
The acceptance of the development phase of the Information System shall be carried out by the Client within three working days from the date of notification of the readiness of the development phase of the Information System.
Completion of work on the development of the Information System is executed in a bilateral act of acceptance. After signing the act of acceptance of work is considered completed and changes to the contents of the Information System can be made only under a separate agreement.

Article 1. SUBJECT OF CONTRACT

1.1 Information gathering, audience research, industry analysis, determination of technical needs.

1.3. The signing of the technical specifications.
1.4. Development of the concept / prototype of the site in accordance with Appendices # 1 and # 2.
1.5. The provision of the results of the work on the first stage is made in the form of a static prototype of the site. Issued by the act of acceptance.
Stage 2:
1.6. Website design development in accordance with annexes №1 and №2.
Up to 3 options.
Development of additional design concepts is made an additional agreement and paid separately.
1.7 Provision of the results of the work on the second stage in the form of the original layout (s) of pages in accordance with Annexes 1 and 2.
Issued by the act of acceptance.
Stage 3:
1.8. Layout and connection of site templates to the content management system _______. Handover stage.
1.9. Transfer the site to the hosting customer. Handover of work. Issued by the act of acceptance.
Article 2. COST OF WORKS AND ORDER OF MUTUAL SETTLEMENT OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The full cost of work under Article 1 is _________________ (____________________________________________).
2.2. Payment is made in stages:
2.2.1. Prior to the commencement of works, the Customer pays an advance payment of 40% in the amount of ______________________.
2.2.2. After acceptance of the work under paragraph 1.7. (2 stages) The customer pays 30% of the project cost in the amount of ___________________________________.

2.3. All additional work not covered by this Agreement is executed by additional Agreements and is paid separately from the project cost under clause 2.1.

2.6. In the case of suspension at the request of the Customer of the performance of work under this Agreement, the funds received by the Contractor for the implementation of the stages of work shall not be returned to the Customer.
Article 3. TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF WORKS
3.1. The performed work is transferred by the Contractor and is accepted by the Customer in stages, in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The total period of work on the site is _______________________ calendar days.

3.3.2. Payments for the next stage of work in accordance with clause 2.2.2.
3.4. Filling the site - ______________ calendar days.
The date of commencement of work to count the day following:
3.4.1. provision by the Customer of text and graphic materials for publication on the site in full. In the absence of the necessary information, the Contractor has the right to fill the site with arbitrary materials according to the structure of sections of the site - one material in each section.
3.5. Transfer the site to the hosting of the Customer - 1 day.
