Curiosity is back to active mode.

The rover Curiosity, which exceeds the expectations of its creators , returned to active mode after two days spent in safe mode. Now the rover is still controlled by computer B, after the A-computer was in an inoperative (temporarily) state. The cause of the failure is still being clarified.

The problem itself is being solved by NASA engineers, who are hoping to bring A-computer into operation soon. It is necessary to carry out several checks from the work computer, after which commands to manage its software will not be sent to the rover for about a month. As you know, the Sun will soon rise between the Earth and Mars, so NASA does not want to risk sending commands that may be disturbed due to the influence of the radiation of the star.
