Not so long ago, the electronic library in Ecuador held a campaign to raise money for those writers whose books are there for free. For each accumulated quite a bit, but the money had to somehow pass. Some writers who were contacted by the library owner refused , as the amounts are actually ridiculous, and the books are without their permission. Leonid Kaganov also refused (who, in addition to raising money for street musicians , also writes books). But he refused for a completely different reason, which can not but command respect.
