So - it is important! Who are you, a market player, who is going to sell the project more expensively in two years, or are you planning a long and mutually beneficial cooperation with a future investor in your project, which is closely integrated into his current business?
The correct answer to this question is not only to look for an investor in a targeted way, but also to choose correctly among the proposals received.
