In a blog for webmasters, Google engineers prepared and laid out two guides of varying degrees of difficulty for those who are not yet familiar with the basic optimization techniques for the Google search engine.
We must immediately say that the first guide is really for beginners - professionals are unlikely to find there something secret and mysterious. The only curious thing is that Google was not too lazy and prepared the corresponding one-page PDF document in 13 language versions at once, including the
Russian (English
version ). At the same time, the document (A4) looks visually attractive and informative, so that it can be printed out and hung up in the office, if suddenly there is a need to recall banalities.
The second document is of a more serious level and is only in English. It describes in some detail and with examples various “best practices” such as creating unique web page headers, filling in meta tags or improving the URL structure. You can pick up the document
from here .
