Angels in the photo or "UFO from printer 2"

Hello, dear habrasoobschestvu. I'm not sure that you will be interested in this small essay, but perhaps someone like me did not come across this issue.

You all remember the excessively funny story of a UFO from a printer , when human ignorance breeds incredible fantasies. I thought this happens only on TV, but I was wrong.
')
Today, as an enikeer, I had to go to one person, whom I consider to be a religious fanatic.
Without any reason at all, he showed me a 10x15 photograph, which he shot himself. In the photo, the church (due to its religious fanaticism, he photographs them very often) with one, if I may say so, phenomenon: throughout the photo there were white translucent spots in bokeh manners. I don’t have the photo itself, the fanatic refused to give it.

The comrade declared with full conviction that this sign of God was angels, not visible to the human eye. An interesting moment is that this person, in spite of his religious fanaticism and ignorance in technical matters, is absolutely adequate in many other things.
And he said a quite reasonable thing (for a less absurd situation) - “if everything is so simple here, explain the phenomenon and repeat it”.

If I hadn’t been interested in photography, I might have spat on it, but the nature of the phenomenon became interesting to me.
I would immediately say that it is dust on the lens or light reflections, if not for one but - according to a truthful statement, this effect appeared only once and in one photo.

The solution of the problem did not take much time and I am sure that most of you were more knowledgeable in this area, but I will write the answer for those who do not know yet.
Low-cost cameras suffer from an incorrect exposure assessment and can automatically turn on the flash even on a bright sunny day, the light of which is neglected from the general illumination.
The light from the on-camera flash illuminates nearby objects much more distantly, and if the shutter speed is sufficient, “freezes objects”.
A flash fires, the light reflected from the dust particles returns to the lens, and since the focus is on a much more distant object, the light from the dust particles is blurred.
It is easy to prove - we look at EXIF photos with “angels” - on all of them you can see how the flash fires.

Repeat is very easy - the same room, 2 shots.

No flash:

And with a flash:
