For the first time, I took the Chinese search engine Baidu seriously by reading the comscore report on the most popular search engines in the world.
As you can see, Baidu has bypassed Microsoft Sites by the number of search queries, 3.3 billion in August 2007, and is now number three in the world after Google and Yahoo.
Today, Reuters already reports that Baidu.com is the first Chinese company to be included in the Nasdaq 100 index from this Tuesday.
What is it? Invasion? ... or a reason for reflection.
