Hours-long crash of Microsoft cloud services
As Techcrunch tells us, for about 12 hours, services from MS - Office 365 and Hotmail are partially inaccessible.

Microsoft even confirmed the failure and promised to fix it in the near future.
The outlook.com site is not available:
It was also reported that SkyDrive does not work (but it seems to have been fixed).
In Russia, office365 mail is available (at least for me).
