The media holding Prof-Media began negotiations on the acquisition of the E-xecutive site. The company is ready to pay about $ 3 million for it, Kommersant reports. At the same time, the holding is preparing to issue a magazine “HR Management” - this is a promising area of ​​journal business, one of the most attractive b2b publications on the market.

"Kommersant" reports that the operating director of the portal E-xecutive Alexander Shvedov confirmed the information about the proposal "Prof-Media". He added that the company has various development plans, that is, its sale of Prof-Media is not the only option. The media holding claims that the transaction will take place in September, and we are talking about a 100% or slightly smaller stake.
