PayPal received a license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation?
The ecommercebytes blog on its pages reported that after 2 years, PayPal still managed to get a license from an NPO (non-bank credit institution) in Russia.
But on the website of the Central Bank of the mention of the new organization could not be found. In the list of credit institutions registered in the Russian Federation as of March 12, 2013, there are no similar companies with PayPal.
Recall that in October 2012, a new law on the national payment system (N 161-) entered into force in Russia. The law itself has been in effect since September 2011, but since the end of October 2012 its part about electronic money has entered into force.
