-NO-OOXML Requests for Help

Some time ago, a large-scale company was deployed on the Web against the efforts of Microsoft to push through its proprietary OOXML standard as an ISO standard. Without going into the essence of the issue, which is quite well covered in this , this and this topic, in short, I note that the said company with the arrogance of a bulldozer and stubbornness worthy of a better application imposes its standard OOXML to the world community despite its obvious shortcomings.
To counteract the behavior of Microsoft, which borders on dishonor, an online community, NO-OOXML , was organized in the network, where it was proposed to sign the petition to the ISO explaining the alternative, that is, different from MS, vision of this issue. I repent, I, with all my civil unconsciousness, also participated in this process.
And today a letter came from -NO-OOXML ... If you omit insignificant lengths, then the essence of the letter is as follows:

• The process of signing the petition is proceeding successfully, and by the February voting 100K signatures will be collected.
• MS holds a company to nominate its "gold" partners in different countries, as delegates to vote in ISO
• To successfully counter such a company, NO-OOXML asks for the following information:
  1. Who will represent GOST in ISO at a vote on OOXML in February in Geneva?
  2. When will it be decided who will represent GOST, and does GOST know about the deadline for nominating candidates on December 11?
  3. Are our potential candidates for voting from MS sufficiently independent?
  4. Does the relevant GOST committee responsibly work on the draft resolution on all 3500 comments on OOXML, or at least on comments from Russia?

Since I currently do not have channels to clarify this information, can a respected Habrasoobshchestvo share its information for this, not bad, in general, the case?
