Actually, intellectual property!

Faced such an interesting question: how can you register your startup as intellectual property and make it into the authorized capital of the enterprise?

The start-up was created jointly with the investor, as he understood it all :) and therefore one of his requirements was the creation of a Limited Liability Company, and the system itself should be the basis of the authorized fund. Lawyers say that theoretically it can be done, but the form itself how to apply for registration is unclear ...

The question, I think, is relevant, since in the West it is already a long-standing practice to legitimize everything, register and do it officially!
