Web 2.0 and policy

Web 2.0 is the interaction of a large number of people according to certain rules. After the last elections to the Duma, the analogy with the policy suggests itself. Evaluation of existing Internet projects in terms of forms of government allows making amusing conclusions.
- We have democracy on Habré?

Runet, as a refuge of the intelligentsia, is traditionally more democratic and oppositional to the authorities. Probably why the security services here and climb, but I'm not about censorship. The system "plus-minus" is the dictatorship of the majority, and on Habré the majority not only evaluates topics, but also has power over each participant, total control. Let's see how it will be in the new version.

What does “majority dictatorship” mean for the web? And the fact that the discussion of unpopular, specific and negative points of view is prohibited. This provides a comfortable communication on Habré in a certain subject, since humor, naked aunts, etc. with a rare sad exception do not pass.

On News2.ru, for example, is not a dictatorship at all, because people are invited by default to “vote”, i.e. say yes. You can bury, but if this news is a complete mess. There is more of a “parliamentary republic”: the authority of individual participants is of great importance.
')
Anarchy can be called unmoderated sites, where people also communicate with pleasure. Monarchy - Advertka and other moderated communities.

Why am I doing this? And the fact that in each case, each form of government (ie, the rules of the web service) may be different. This rule works equally for society and the Internet. Dictatorship is suitable for a narrowly directed community, and democracy is suitable for non-thematic entertainment.

In Russia, by the way, is now a dualistic monarchy , or what?
