Maybe it was already discussed, but I did not find:
- I propose to introduce some honorary titles and privileges at Habrahabr. And so that these privileges could be removed only by the senior in rank (or only some titles).

Why do it:
- to encourage participants to take some action to get the title
- to make the rules more understandable, because “the private has no right to vote, the general can create a blog” more clearly than “from so many to so many, less, so many,” sorry for the unpleasant analogy with the army. You can "Habraboss", "Habrayunga", "Habraded", etc.
- make the concept of karma more meaningful and the method of its consolidation; it is easy to earn karma, and it is lost “one-two times.”

By the way (not the topic), another sentence: the search on Habré should be made more flexible (teach to search for different endings).
