The head of the Kaliningrad regional branch of the Movement Against Illegal Immigration (Movement Against Illegal Immigration) is accused of inciting national hatred. 27-year-old Alexei Safin, according to Interfax , from February 2005 to February 2006 posted on his website 15 articles aimed at inciting hatred and hostility towards Jews, people from the Caucasus and Muslims.
