Then a master class from
Askhat Urazbayev and
Viktor Strelkov will be extremely useful to you!
The purpose of the master class
Scrum is a flexible software development methodology that allows you to accomplish top priority tasks in tight fixed time frames.
Due to its effectiveness and ease of implementation, Scrum has become very popular among developers around the world: almost all software companies use it. The lifecycle management system of the Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2012 application allows you to fully implement project and product management according to the Scrum methodology, which will be demonstrated in the master class.
The purpose of the master class is to give participants the opportunity to see and try how the ideas of flexible methodologies are practically embodied in TFS 2012 and Visual Studio 2012.
Lecturers of the master class
Askhat Urazbaev - the main ideologist and specialist on Scrum in the company
ScrumTrek . Most of all he likes to speak at conferences and give clever advice. Askhat has long been engaged in flexible methodologies, worked as a manager in Agile projects, coached and coached many teams in Russia and the CIS. Prior to Agile, he led the creation and implementation of the Luxoft Standard Process. And before that, he worked in different companies, where he passed the glorious battle path from a junior developer to a project manager.
Victor Strelkov - Head of Research and Quality Control at
Positive Technologies . He started working in the team of Positive Technologies in 2007.
He created a unit responsible for the development of infrastructure development in the company, and has successfully managed it for 4 years. Key tasks include: automating the development, assembly, and deployment of existing company projects; implementation of a single ALM system; implementation at the process level and hardware support for advanced software development practices (in particular, Continuous Integration, Code Review, Test Driven Development, Feature Driven Development).
He spoke at ADD-3 and CEE-SECR 2012 conferences. For the last few years he has been fond of flexible methodologies, work with requirements in Agile, and technological aspects of effective support for this work.
