An eleventh-grade student from the Moscow region, Andrei Kosinets, invented a device that will help teachers identify students using mobile Internet as a cheat sheet. As stated by the young inventor, the device determines the level of electromagnetic radiation that emanates from mobile phones the moment they connect to the Internet. He began to create the device three years ago - it was then that he began to wonder what effect mobile phones have on a person.

At the moment, the details of this miracle device is not so much. It is only known that an ordinary doorbell and a voltmeter were used to create it, which displays the signal strength on the display. Also, the author said that the device "operates at frequencies from 1880 to 450 MHz."
