I propose to open a topic dedicated to books, where we can advise each other on various topics, or just briefly describe those books that have impressed us.
I, following the advice, one good ZhZhnik, thus acquired the book "Professional programming in PHP." The book by George Schlossnigl, a man whose work can be found in the PHP core, as well as in the PEAR and PECL extensions repositories. I read somewhere else that it was he who developed mod_php for Apache.
