Routing issues (for Google Apps FYD users)

An authoritative source claims: if your email client (The Bat, MS Outlook ...) pulls up, pulls mail from the Google server for too long and the connection keeps trying to hang up and break all the time, don’t be in a hurry to scold Big G. The reason may lie in bad routing. Using the ping and trace commands, you can get detailed reports and calculate the culprit. You can write a letter to the company with details of your problem and attached reports. I still have everything :)
