The problem of choice. I like boxing terribly. I work as a programmer. I tried to combine - one hundred thousand problems appeared: sleep at work, and absent-mindedness training sessions (with dangerous consequences), and just suggestions from the authorities to go home - “rest” because of the appearance. There are also fears for brain activity after “shock” loads. Can there be serious consequences when amateur approach to training? I would like to know - could anyone combine IT and shock sports for quite a long time (a year or more) and how did you manage it?
