Wacom has expanded the range of Cintiq
LCD tablets produced, announcing the release of its first widescreen 20WSX.

This high-end model is equipped with a matrix with a diagonal of 20.1 inches and a WSXGA resolution of 1680 × 1050 pixels. Matrix brightness - 250 cd / m. sq., and the contrast value is 600: 1. Without a stand (with it, the screen can be rotated 180 degrees) 20WSX has dimensions of 54.8 × 36.8 × 4.7 cm and weight of 7.4 kg. To call the most frequently used functions, Wacom has provided 14 reprogrammable ExpressKeys, and for scrolling and switching documents, two touch areas on the edges of the screen, called Touch Strips, are used. The tablet comes bundled with a wireless pen with 1024 levels of touch sensitivity and an eraser. The cost of the Wacom Cintiq 20WSX is $ 2000.
Price, of course, bites. But if you desperately need a widescreen digitizer, then you should pay attention to another new product under the brand Wacom - 12-inch Cintiq 12WX. Its resolution is 1280 × 1024, the brightness is 180 cd / m2, the contrast is 600: 1, and the price is two times lower than that of the older model, $ 1000.
