It seems that Firefox OS has every chance to find its niche in the market. And here is another confirmation of this.
Probably, many have already heard about the Geekphone . Journalists from Engadget managed to hold the older model of this phone in their hands.
Below about their impressions.

The smartphone is equipped with a 4.3-inch qHD screen, an 8-megapixel main camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front camera. The heart of the device is a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with a frequency of 1.2 Hz. On board there is 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of permanent with the possibility of expansion through microSD cards. All this is powered by a battery with a capacity of 1800 mAh.
The characteristics are not the most impressive, but compared to the rest of the Firefox OS devices presented earlier , this is already something.
The case of the device is made of plastic and obviously does not give the device elegance. The phone is comfortable in the hand. There is no exact data on its thickness, but according to journalists' estimates it is about 10 mm.
As for radio frequencies, Peak is compatible with HSPA 900/1900/2100 standards as well as GSM / EDGE.
