1C Sync Setup Wizard for PHPShop Pro 1C

The correct operation of the information exchange mechanisms of programs based on 1C: Enterprise with the PHPShop site depends on how correctly the synchronization settings are made in the exchange processing. However, it is the implementation of the initial settings that most often cause users the greatest difficulty.

As one of the solutions in providing technical assistance to its users, PHPShop included a configuration assistant in the 1C exchange processing, which allows you to consistently fill in and check the settings for connections to the site and ftp server, uploading goods to the site and loading back orders into 1C.

Running assistant

The settings assistant is automatically called when you first start processing on the user's computer. After filling in and checking all the entered data, the user will be prompted to save the changes and the work of the assistant will be completed. However, if necessary, the assistant can be opened at any time. To do this, go to the processing settings and select the item "Open Assistant".

Launch 1C Sync Assistant

Enter license number

The work of the assistant begins with entering the parameters of connection to the site. If you have a PHPShop license file “****. Lic” - it is enough to indicate it by pressing the “LIC” button on the form, which will relieve you from manually entering the domain name and serial key data.

(!) Please note that settings that require a separate explanation are accompanied by additional comments.
(!!) The transition to the next stage is performed by the “Next” button. Return to the previous window of the assistant - by clicking the "Back" button.

Setting FTP server access options

Before proceeding to the next array of settings, a test connection to the specified site will be made and, in case of failure, an informational message is displayed and the forward transition is canceled.
In the next window, you can configure the connection settings to either the ftp server of the site, or local paths for uploading transport csv files.

(!) In the specified direction of uploading csv-files to an ftp-server, the check of connection to ftp is a prerequisite for moving to the next step.

Setting the options for unloading goods

At the next stage, the most important synchronization parameters of goods in 1C and on the site are determined, such as: types of prices and key requisites for searching for goods on the site (code or article number), as well as the flag for initiating automatic download of data from csv files to the site products on the site ").

Setting the options for unloading goods

Using the “Next” button, go to the window for defining the parameters for the description of goods and currencies of unloaded prices.

And, finally, we proceed to the step that causes the greatest misunderstanding among users and leads to the wrong result of the exchange - the replacement of non-numeric prefixes in the codes of the 1C parent groups. But these comments and practical examples should help the user to perform this setting.

Setting the parameters for loading orders in 1C from the online store

All subsequent settings relate to importing orders from the site and may be skipped at the initial stage. You can return to each stage of settings at any time by opening the assistant, or by opening a special section for individual settings of operations on the processing form.
