Sega has released its own laptops

Probably, a large number of representatives of the Habrasoobschestva with the Sega brand are associated only with warm, good memories. This, of course, about the 16-bit consoles Sega Mega Drive and Genesis, which literally conquered the hearts and minds of the generation of the 90s. Then the company seemed to go bankrupt, then it was revived again, taking up a slightly different business. Now Sega has recalled itself, releasing laptops in the style of those same gaming consoles.

Each laptop has Windows 8 installed, with Sega themes pre-installed. Here you can find wallpapers, icons, and sound files, including 60 tunes from the most famous games for Sega. For many, the fact that there are no emulators of old consoles in the bundle can serve as a big disappointment. Of course, they can be downloaded, including game files, but the producers could have come up with something, right?

Each of the laptops is equipped with a special removable cover that reminds us of gaming consoles. Total released four models of laptops, including the Sega blue, Mega Drive Saturn and Dreamcast. Each notebook has a 15.6 inch display with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. In addition to the color gamut, there are four different configuration options, including Light, Standard, High Spec and Premium.



The first model is equipped with a Pentium 2020 processor with a 2.4 GHz core, an Intel HD Graphics 4000, 500GB hard drive, 4 GB of RAM and DVD.

The second model, Standard, is based on the Core i3-3120M, NVIDIA GeForce GT650M, Intel Graphics HD 4000, 8 GB of RAM. There is a blu-ray player.

Finally, the High Spec and Premium models are equipped with a 120 GB SSD drive, 8 GB of RAM, an Intel Core i7-3630QM processor. The only difference between High Spec and Premium is the presence of a writing Blu-Ray drive for the Premium model.
