"Vedomosti" and RBC will judge "essentially" on October 3

Yesterday, the court completed a preliminary hearing on the case of collecting 282 million rubles for copyright infringement from RBC Information Systems , RIA Novosti reports. Recall that the claimant is Business Business Media, the publisher of the Vedomosti newspaper . On October 3, the Moscow Arbitration Court will proceed to hearings on the merits.



The process of "Vedomosti against RBC" was suspended in January of this year, and only recently it was resumed.



There is no information about the fate of the RBC claim to Vedomosti for the recovery of 286 million rubles for “illegal reproduction, distribution and processing of articles borrowed from the paid information and analytical tape of RBC agency from 2002 to 2005” .
