HP will release the tablet again, but on Android

HP has long since curtailed the production of tablets, almost immediately after the unsuccessful release of the TouchPad tablet, with the WebOS operating system. The HP tablet was also evaluated by some Habr users who had time to sell them, and the ratings were mostly positive. However, tablets on webOS have to be forgotten, since HP will use the new Android OS devices.

Now a rather powerful tablet is being prepared for the output on the Nvidia Tegra 4 platform. This device, apparently, will be one of the most productive tablets on the modern market. It may well be that the company will also release an Android smartphone if tablet sales go well.

According to experts, HP has long gone to the decision to use Android on their devices. Now working with Android is a strategic direction of HP, where the company hopes to achieve success with the release of new versions of mobile devices to the market. It is worth noting that the company has two more interesting devices on Windows 8, this is the ElitePad 900 and the hybrid laptop Envy x2.

It may well be that the current range of devices supplied to the HP market will soon be complemented by new devices on Android. Of course, all this will be real only in case of a successful debut of the Android-tablet from HP.

Well, the fate of webOS remains in question. Now this project has been made open, but how long it will exist is still unknown.
