Questions at the Microsoft interview

Recently, I thought about how interviews are held in large corporations. And I managed to find a few interesting things about how the interview in Redmond at Microsoft takes place.

Here is a link to a blog of some Russian-speaking employees in Redmond. It tells about his experience with the device in Microsoft, also contains links to a post about an interview in Yandex.

But, in fact, the interview questions themselves (as they have an interview called :)).

These are the questions that made me very happy. There are practically no questions about coding as such. Most questions on global thinking and the ability to think creatively.
For example, a couple of questions:

How are M & Ms made?
Explain a scenario for testing a salt shaker.
Why is a manhole cover round?
