The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Field of Communications (Rossvyaznadzor) against the company MTU-Intel and ordered to pay a fine for work without a license in the amount of 400 MROT (40,000 rubles). In "MTU-Intel" do not agree, the company does not intend to stop broadcasting the Internet TV program "Stream TV" and in the near future will try to appeal the decision in the Court of Appeal, the newspaper "Vedomosti" reports.
Recall that almost a month ago, Rossvyaznadzor ordered MTU-Intel CJSC to stop broadcasting television programs on the Internet under the Stream TV brand. Shortly before this, the audit conducted by the supervisory authority showed that the provider does not have a license for cable broadcasting services. In parallel with the order to the address of "MTU-Intel", a lawsuit was sent to the court demanding the payment of a fine for the violation already committed. At the hearing on August 17, the court satisfied the claims of Rossvyaznadzor.
