Opening of the IT-club MODX in Yekaterinburg
How many can remember, always loved different parties of developers and good specialists of a different IT profile. From the first hands you can learn a lot of interesting information, and on the sidelines sometimes unique arrangements arise or different secrets are revealed. Unfortunately, my native Yekaterinburg is not the most advanced city in these matters. Try to correct the situation?
Talk about MODX itself probably not worth it. In the top of the Open Source CMS, this system takes the 4th (or 3rd, according to some opinions) position. And if you are engaged in the development of sites, most likely, you have already somehow come across MODX.
So, returning to the topic topic, I want to tell everyone about the opening of the club in Yekaterinburg, which is a very interesting event in itself.

It so happened that MODX I have been doing for 5.5 years and once upon a time I organized the site of the Russian-speaking community known to the majority (and founders of MODX), modx-cms.ru , which during its decent life managed to help many professionals and customers in solving their problems .
Now I myself do not do custom development, but MODX is still expensive as a hobby. I am happy to follow its development and program something for my personal tasks. And in general, the organization process is very interesting to me - it is my way of life and my bread.
The main goal of the club is to unite like-minded people who are somehow connected with the development on MODX or are interested in its capabilities. In fact, I see quite a few areas for development, and I am going to tell about it at the first meeting. If you want to communicate with interesting specialists, develop skills, participate in interesting joint projects, attract customers and more actively participate in the life of the MODX community, then you should join the club.
The first meeting will be held right this Saturday - February 9, 2013 at 7:00 pm (until 9:00 pm).
The premises were kindly provided by the Kawardak coworking center (Turgeneva, 22). The desire to help with the room was with other organizations, but here it is really very comfortable. Yes, and interesting girls are not enough that pleases ;-). Tea is attached.
All interested, I ask you to write to me in a personal, so that I can take care of the availability of space for you.
