EFF recommends sniffer against dishonest providers

If your Internet provider starts to become impudent and you see a clear decrease in the download speed of torrents, then it's time to check it for lice! This appeal is addressed to users by activists of the organization for freedom on the Internet Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF). They recommend using a special Wireshark sniffer, which analyzes packets for filtering, shaping, spoofing, and packet swapping during transmission.

The problem has become particularly relevant lately, after the scandalous incident with the provider Comcast , who quietly "cut" the torrents of their clients. As you know, in our open spaces providers behave even more arrogant than their American counterparts.
