Google allocates money for the development of alternative energy sources

According to Onliner.by, Google plans to allocate hundreds of millions of dollars for the development and implementation of the project of an alternative renewable energy source, which will be cheaper than coal stations. The planned capacity of the source of 1000 MW, which are required by the company to provide electricity to GooglePlex. Google intends to sell surplus electricity (probably its neighbors - the Mozilla Foundation, Microsoft, and others).
