The Moscow Government opens co-working center to help small businesses.

Good day, dear habravchane. I want to share amazing news for those who like to work outside the office and start-ups - on Monday, January 28, a new Moscow co-working center was launched in test mode. Supervises this site GBU "Small Business Moscow". The project is entirely their personal initiative, and in the future it is planned to create such centers (possibly smaller in size) in each district. The co-working center is located not far from the Pervomayskaya metro station, on Srednyaya Pervomaiskaya street, on the third floor of the house number 3 (BC Mayskiy).

Everyone can use the services of the center absolutely free of charge! But, unfortunately, only until the end of February. In March, the organizers will decide on prices, a list of all services and will begin to charge for the use of space in the center. Most likely, there will be standard tariff plans for such establishments: for a day, a week, a month + the cost of services may vary depending on the package of services used. Government co-financing of the project gives hope for a more democratic pricing policy, in contrast to private co-coaching.

The total area of ​​the center is 377 square meters. There is an area for conversations with sofas and armchairs, as well as a working area with tables and chairs for 80 people. There is free Wi-Fi and sockets. Buffet, meeting rooms and children's room are behind closed doors and will be operational from March. Then city telephones and faxes will appear.



The idea of ​​providing a legal address and creating a room for relaxation with the X-box, Nintendo and other entertaining pleasures is considered.
