The Moscow government has launched an
open data portal . It contains
data sets in a machine-readable form (in CSV format) for subsequent use and processing by everyone.
Although the portal has just been launched, about 150 sets have already been placed - from the addresses of youth centers to the overhaul facilities of the road network. Most of the sets provide contact information of various government agencies and facilities, but there are, for example,
top debtors of rent and the
exact boundaries of Moscow’s
districts . Data with geocoding can be studied
on the map in the corresponding section in the set or in the
electronic atlas .
A separate section is devoted to
applications that use hosted data. In the section there are both applications developed in the IT department of Moscow, and one InTaxi application developed by third-party developers of Venture Brothers (though I could not find which kit was used in the application).

Unfortunately, now the link to
register as a developer is requesting authorization, but I hope this is a temporary phenomenon.
