Who wants to conquer the 7 vertices of the PMBOK?

I want to announce the great initiative of my friend PMBOK expert. The fact is that PMBOK can be studied by overwhelming tons of powerful books, but you can practice it. But there is no time at work. And if you combine study and rest?

In short, the project is this: to study the PMBOK using the example of preparing expeditions for ascent to the summits.

Project organizer Anatoly Savin is looking for partners and sponsors for the project, as well as those who want to participate in the project.

Below is a more detailed project plan.

About educational and practical program "Seven peaks of project management"

Idea: study of project management through the implementation of seven mini-projects - ascents to 7 mountain peaks, each time increasing the height and complexity of the ascent and, as a result, the thoroughness and complexity of the project preparation.

Planned heights:

• 1st peak - 2000 m (distance from Kiev ~ 500 km; 2-thousand meters of Ukraine - Ribs [2001m], Gutin Tomnatik [2016m], Petros [2020m], Pop Ivan Chernogorskiy [2021m], Brebeneskul ' [2035m] or Goverla [2061m]);

• 2nd peak - 2500 m (distance from Kiev ~ 1000 km; Rysy [2499 m; Poland], Moldoveanu [2544m; Romania], Gerlakhovsky Stit [2655m; Slovakia], Musala [2925m; Bulgaria] or one of the closest 2 , 5-thousanders of the Caucasus);

• The remaining peaks for climbing will be determined together by private traders of the group.

On the 7th module, the depth of study of Project Management is more than sufficient to obtain PMP certification. Moreover, participants will be able to set off about 100 hours of contact training and about 2,000 hours of participation in projects (for certification, 35 hours of training and 4,500 hours of participation in projects are required).
