Chips youtube: speech recognition (in the text), automatic subtitles

Corporation Good does not cease to amaze. Already heard earlier on the basis of the development of Google can recognize speech in the text. At one time I was very much interested in this issue, I was looking for solutions (software and not only). But there were no decent products. As I learned later, all such systems are used by the special services and the military. But this is not the point.



Found out that on all fresh videos a Text button appeared.

Subtitle texts along with the time code can be copied and used as desired, for example:

• Subtitle creation - based on automatic caption data, you can edit the subtitles for your videos
• audio decoding
• search for the right moment in long videos : this is a very convenient feature when you need to find some fragment in a long video by keywords

The quality of recognition depends very much on the sound quality.
