Radio transmitter from Raspberry Pi and a piece of wire

Now everyone can make a good FM transmitter out of their Raspberry Pi. You do not need any special skills or details; all you need is a piece of wire about 20 cm long.

The code is also incredibly simple:
sudo python >>> import PiFm >>> PiFm.play_sound("sound.wav")

Download the PiFm module here and here .
There is also an implementation in C.

Broadcasting goes at a frequency of 100MHz, which can be changed, for this you need to change one constant in the code. All the details are on the project page . The authors claim that the signal is stable at a distance of up to 100 meters from the R-Pi in open space, and in an apartment can safely pass through several load-bearing walls.

Happy hacking!
